LIttleTokyo was isolated, characterized, and annotated by Oscar Lim, Shirley Zhang, Emily Pham, Daniel Peters, Tim Chiang, Kyra Forsyth, Laura Knittig, Shile Zhang and Emily Sardina (UCLA). DNA preparation was performed by Krisanavane Reddi (UCLA). DNA Sequencing by Illumina to approximate shotgun coverage of 182x was performed by the Pittsburgh Bacteriophage Institute.
