Plaque NotesPlaques vaguely resemble a bullseye pattern. The center of each plaque shows a small, circular clearing surrounded by a thin, dense ring of bacteria. Outside of that ring is thick, cloudy ring that tapers into the bacterial lawn. The plaques are also small with the whole structure spanning approximately 1 mm.
