Discovery NotesFound at the Barnes Arboretum at Saint Joseph's University Campus. Collected from around the well near the front entrance by the roots of the Arctic Blue leaf Willow. The DNA concentration was 490.2 ng/uL. HTL titer was 54x10^11 pfu/mL. PCR test came back with a possible B1 cluster. Tail length of 347nm and capsid diameter of 41nm.
Naming NotesWhen I first plated this phage it had very large plaques and it looked like swiss cheese so I decided to call it Babyswiss
