Discovery NotesWe found this plaque outside one of our science buildings trees. The soil sample we grabbed was underneath the pine tree.
Naming NotesWe came up with this name from a TV show we both watched as kids called Avatar the Last Airbender. Beifong is the last name of Toph, an earth bender. We thought it suited perfectly because we got our sample from soil.
