From enriched soil sample?Yes
Isolation TemperatureNot entered
GPS CoordinatesUnavailable
Discovery NotesThe specimen was collected in the morning after a rain at approximately 63 degrees Fahrenheit in an area with high foot traffic in the soil beneath wood chips aside an apartment.
Naming NotesThe name was made to represent it's morphology. The original morphology had a <.1 mm clearing surrounded by a less transparent clearing that measured on average ~2.0 mm. It was named a halo because it was not obviously viable unless raised up to the light and presumable a temperate phage.

Plaque NotesThe burst size was as follow in the naming notes, however the morphology changed dramatically and frequently once the MTL was made. The population was definitively pure before the MTL. So either contamination of another phage or second unstable morphology may be the reason for the inconsistency. It's final morphology does not resemble the original morphology at all. With a burst size of 1 mm and not signs of temperate behavior.
