Discovery NotesArthrobacter phage BigHero was isolated from soil by enrichment plating at 25°C. Soil sample collected at depth of 2cm from grass area near parking lot at Santa Fe Dam by Calvin Huang. The phage was isolated and characterized by Calvin Huang, Nikki Nguyen, Emily Ortiz, Alexa Omholt, Hilory Foster, Ryan Ngo and Pooneh Kahori.
