Plaque NotesThe plaques are generally small, ranging in size from about 0.5mm to 1.5mm. The origional plaque however was much larger. This plaque was created from the first spot test of the isolated phage on a pyka ager plate. The plaque is elongated and not clear. the shape is most likely from the spot test sample running along the plate as it was tipped. All of the subsiquent plaques since then have been small and clear. None of them have been observed to be cloudy. This phage has not been tested for a lysogen.
