Plaque NotesPlaques are 0.5-1mm in diameter, and clear with crisp edges. Small, turbid comet tails not more than 2mm long appear between 24 and 48 hours in the incubator at 37 degrees Celsius. Plaque size appears to be density dependent, with decreasing plaque size density increases.
