Discovery NotesThe soil sample was collected by a peer outside of WPU from a frozen patch of dirt in a flowerbed. It was allowed to sit and thaw for ~1 day. (I adopted the phage after it was collected and a direct isolation was performed).
Naming NotesI'm naming my phage Chobani because even though when I spilled him on my laptop, he smelled really bad and eventually broke it (as has happened with yogurt) I have come to appreciate & even enjoy him. And I really like Chobani yogurt.
