Discovery NotesThe phage was found by Joe McFarland, its his sample that is being used, that's why I decided to credit him as well, and I'm the one working with the sample and doing all the procedures necessary for the purification of the phage.
As for the sample, I know is the second sample taken, the sample was extracted from an unfenced front yard with rocky/dry soil that is regularly/naturally maintained.
This area is shaded during early morning, with 2 hours more afternoon sun exposure than sample 1 (which had sun exposure throughout the afternoon)
Naming NotesThe name is composed of three parts, the first three letters are from part of the name of a very special person, and the rest are parts of my first and second last name, I tried to arrange them in a way that I thought would be readable.
