Plaque NotesBased on our TEM picture our phage has a flexible tail with a capsid, so we found that the morphotype is Siphoviridae. Based on the side bar of 100 nm, it is about 2.5 cm. We found the capsid to be about .9cm and when converted, it is about 36 nm. The tail was found to be about 2.3 cm, and when converted, it was bout 92 nm.
