ClusterUnclustered
Subcluster--
Lysogeny NotesBecause the plaques are clear throughout with very little gradation at the edges, Descolada was considered to be a primarily lytic phage.
Annotating InstitutionUnknown or unassigned
Annotation StatusNot sequenced
Plaque NotesAverage plaque size with 48 hours of incubation was 1mm diameter during streaking. This increased to 2mm diameter with 72 hours of incubation. Plaques were clear throughout, had no bulls eyes, and had well defined edges.
