Discovery NotesThe sample was collected in mid winter from a dirt bank on the Spokane River. The dirt was damp from recent snowmelt that had occurred over the past few weeks however the conditions that day were cloudy/overcast with no precipitation.
Naming NotesThe name was given after a conversation in regard to our favorite coffee bar drinks. The bacteriophage is named after a "Matcha Chai Latte w/espresso".
