Discovery NotesThis phage was isolated from the plate of a peer, because the plaques looked distinct from her plaques. During isolation the plaques looked more similar than before, and when we ran digested samples in agarose gel, the cuts looked similar. It is likely that this phage is the same phage as the one entered by Nicole Tatem named: Microcide17
