Plaque NotesPlaques were very small at first (pinpoint). They became larger (opaque) with other possible opaque plaques in the background. Opaque plaques in the background were picked and plated. The plaques were all opaque. After the lysate was sitting around for one month it was plated and some clear pinpoint plaques appeared among other opaque plaques.
