Discovery NotesFrom my Soil Sample #1 that was gathered outside of UPMC Presbyterian Hospital in Pittsburgh, PA (40.4427° N, 79.9606° W) on September 3rd, 2019 at 12:10pm.

The soil was visible and easy to acquire, I did not have to dig down too much to get the sample, the soil was dry. It was near some vegetation, trees, and the sidewalk. I transported in my backpack until class at 2:30.
