Discovery NotesI found this phage near the Slusher Hall dorm room on the campus of Virginia Tech. I lived there my freshman year and took the sample next to a ramp which I used to use to enter and exit every day. There was a lot of soil next to it from which I pulled my sample from.
Naming NotesI chose this name because the place I collected my sample from was somewhere I would see a lot during my freshman year, since it is a spot right outside my freshman dorm room.
