Plaque NotesMy plaques are round and range in size from 8-12 mm. I have seen a small halo around some of the plaques but the halo does not constantly appear. Also worth noting, my phage did have a small bacterial growth in the center of my plaques but it slowly disappeared as I purified the phage. It is possible that this phage is related to or the same as Koethe 95.
