Discovery NotesOur phage Ginardo was collected from a dirt patch in a grassy area. The grass and dirt were very wet, making the sample moist and chunky.
Naming NotesOur original name, Gino, was taken a few days earlier so we used a name that was influenced by a pet animal we shared when we were younger.
