Plaque NotesAppeared to be a temperate phage at first due to the turbidity of the plaques. Revealed later to be a lytic phage once less bacterial lawn was present, as the plaques were much clearer. Plaques were clearer in the weaker bacterial lawn. Plaques were present in a larger to smaller ratio of 50 percent.
