Plaque NotesCompletely lytic plaques. Diameter ranged throughout trials, but this was most likely due to differences in top agar and incubation periods. The plaques were uniform in each dilution series. The plaques were always perfectly round and stayed between 1 mm and 3 mm even with the top agar and incubation variance.
