Plaque NotesOriginally, the plaque started out as turbid approx. 1 mm. As isolation and purification continued the Phage morphed slightly and became more clear/lytic, little to no turbid plaques were witnessed. The size of the plaques stayed relatively similar around 1mm. The largest reaching 1.09 mm only twice.
