Plaque NotesFrom the first round of purification, I found that the plaques that arose from purification were clear and required 48 hr of incubation. There were a total of 3 rounds of purification that produced reliable results. While continuing with the experiment, the MTL prep produced plaques that measured in diameter from 2 mm-3 mm.
