Discovery NotesWe dug our soil sample from LeTourneau University. In the middle of our campus there is a bell tower and when you walk towards the nursing building theres a pathway with a large bush and a bench in front of it. When standing and looking at the bell tower, we dug our sample from the right side of the bench after a rainy day.
Naming NotesThis semester during Biology, everything was going great. We were one of the first groups to find phage and begin the process of isolation. As time goes by, we have struggled to get past the serial dilution phase. We named our phage HelpUs because that's how we feel now because of our struggles in our class.
