Discovery NotesMy phage was discovered from slightly moist soil next to a tree on the ERC Green, located in UCSD. The soil was located about 1 inch from the surface of the ground. Additionally, the soil sample my phage was discovered in went through a 0.45 micron filter.
Naming NotesWhen visualizing my phage, I had relatively a lot of intact phage particles, causing my professor to say I hit the jackpot with my sample.
