Discovery NotesThe soil sample was collected about 5 cm deep. It was 1 foot away from a tree and 7 inches away from grass and the sidewalk. The soil was wet and damp from the previous night's rainfall. The soil was mostly organic matter with a few wooden sticks.

Plaque NotesWhile conducting the plaque assays after serial dilutions, there were about two different morphologies. All of the plaques were round. The small plaques were 1-2mm in diameter. The big plaques were 3-4 mm in diameter. The larger plaques were isolated as much as possible.
