Plaque NotesJelli Vang is a temperate phage and a Siphoviridae shape under an electron microscope. The phage when plated on a M. smeg bacterial lawn produced medium sized plaques spread evenly across the plate. The plaques had clear centers and a turbid outer layer. Under an EM the phages had hexagonal heads and long tails indicating that they are Siphoviridae phages.
