Discovery NotesThis sample of "JerryTheGreat" was found on August 31st, 2021 right when the weather was beginning the change. The soil was somewhat moist, and was found under a tree during the late afternoon. The soil was surrounded by a grassy patch of lawn, which was next to the tree it was found under. It was a cloudy, warm day when it was collected.
Naming NotesAfter trial and error, "JerryTheGreat" was established through a random naming system used by the two partners. We wanted something simple, yet something that could emphasize the importance of our discoveries.

Plaque NotesThe plaque morphology of "JerryTheGreat" had phages present that were visible as clear plaques. This replicated and spread throughout each plate, the lower dilution factor had the most amount of plaques; yet, as the dilution factors got greater the less plaques there were. They were medium in sized.
