Discovery Notesapproximately 30 meters away from the road and the residential building. The temperature on that day was 19ºC and the humidity was 38%.
Naming NotesBased on the phage’s appearance with its larger capsid and shorter tail, our group decided to name the phage JimmyN after the character “Jimmy Neutron” from the television show The Adventures of Jimmy Neutron: Boy Genius, who has a very large head and a small body.

Plaque NotesPlague spots could be clearly seen on bacterial lawn on spot plates with different titers. On the 10^-1 spot plate, there were a large number of clear plaques with similar morphology. They were all very tiny and round shaped. They spread very densely on the spot plate. None of the plague was turbid. On the 10^0 plate, because the concentration of phage was high, clear plagues overlapped with each other and the bacterial lawn was mostly cleared. Individual plagues could hardly be identified.
