Discovery NotesI chose to collect soil in my front yard in Jacksonville, Florida because the weather was temperate and no snowfall had occurred. Collection location was 11736 Glacier Bay Drive, Jacksonville FL on 1/3/2017 at 5:00am. The nearby vegetation was bushes and azalea plants and the soil  was sandy and mildly damp because it was drizzling rain. The temperature was approximately 16.11 degrees Celsius. The sample were stored in Ziploc bags in my suitcase for 4 days and then refrigerated for 2 days.
