Discovery NotesUtilized the first couple inches of topsoil from a garden bed used to grow vegetables towards the end of the night. Temperatures were cool, around 37°C, and a humidity factor of 72%.
Naming NotesI derived this name from the Japanese words 'Kisei' which means parasitism and 'Bakuhatsu' which means to burst or explode. The derivative combines "ki" and "hatsu" from the words respectively in translation to mean "A parasite that bursts."
