Discovery NotesThe sample soil was dug up from the patch of lawn to the left of the entrance of the Fresh Food Cafe located at the Johns Hopkins University. The soil was relatively wet and dark, presumably rich with nutrient; it was composed of both sand, pebbles, granite, and mud.
