Discovery NotesThe soil sample that was collected was not very moist. The soil sample almost had a dirt like consistency. Inside the soil sample, bugs were present, in addition to a lot of pebbles and rocks. The soil sample was a light black color and had a cold temperature.
Naming NotesThe name of our phage is Mariatrice. This was easy to name because it is our names put together.

Plaque NotesOur phage's morphology was always changing. Every time a serial dilution was performed, the phage would have a different shape. At first, our phage was very small, but when we received our High Volume Lysate webbed-plate, our phage was very big. Our reasoning for this was that every time a serial dilution would occur on our phage sample, the morphology would change.
