Discovery NotesSoil sample was found at the base of a Cedar tree. I dug 6 inches below the surface to retrieve the sample. Ground was covered in frost so soil was damp and full of organic matter including old roots. Outdoor temperature was 0°C at time of sample collection.
Naming NotesI decided to name my phage after my best friend, who I often nickname "Marts".
