Discovery NotesSample site is a grassy mulched garden next to the Gold Biosciences building on the CU Campus. Soil sample collected at 10:16 am on 2/6/2018. Approximate temperature at time of collection was -1˚C.
Naming NotesSteve was an arbitrary name selection which was modified as "MonsterSteve" when the phage cleared all of our plates during the titer assay of a high titer lysate.
