Plaque NotesThe plaques in the sample appeared turbid and misshapen with some of the plaques being cut off by other plaques. This is a clear sign of phage mutants present in the sample. The plate does not look overpopulated, containing about 43 countable plaques. Some plaques are clear but most of them are turbid, measuring about 0.4 cm.
