Discovery NotesThe soil was damp and a dark brown color, nearly black. When the sample was collected, it was cloudy but humid. It rained the night before so the soil was still moist from the storm. The sample was located next to a walking path, in a flower bed that contained many smaller, green plants.
Naming NotesNermal was the name of my childhood cat, it is also the name of one of the cats from Garfield.
