Discovery NotesI took the soil from the trashcan directly across from the Life Science Building on the UNT Denton campus. I collected it at 9:30AM on 9/12/18. The air temperature was 73F, and the soil was dense, clumpy with some green algae, not a lot, and dark brown in color.
Naming NotesI chose the name "Piderspig" becuase I was originally going to name it "Piderman" but that name was too similar to "Spiderman", which was already taken. So I decided to name it "Piderspig" which is "Spiderpig" with the "S" and "P" switched.
