Discovery NotesTemperature outside at time of discovery was 18.3*C. Dug approximately 6cm under topsoil in pumpkin patch near my house. Surrounding area was very sunny, and had tons of small animals around the area (squirrels, insects, chipmunks, birds, etc.).
Naming NotesThe name for my phage came from where it was found- a pumpkin patch! The Queen bit was because my name is Elizabeth, like the Queen of England.

Plaque NotesOn a lot of my plates there was evidence of a polymorphic phage, where there were multiple different sizes of plaques on one plate. The smaller plaques would appear after 48hr. All of them were circular, clear plaques, with the bigger plaques being not as perfect circles but more like splotches.
