Discovery Notes- We collected samples, then we did a spot test, purified the phage, amplified it, then we collected lysate and counted the phage and started making a web plate. After getting a web plate we started DNA extraction and ran it through the gel.
Naming NotesWe choose the name "Quicklyeaten" because our phage was always eaten by bacteria.
