Discovery NotesI adopted the soil from Dr. Karen Klyczek, my Biology160 professor at University of Wisconsin-River Falls. The soil was collected on August 24th, 2018 at 7:35am in Hudson, Wisconsin. It was from the compost pile next to garage in alley. Partially degraded leaves and kitchen scraps. The soil condition was moist with partially decomposed leaves, grass, and vegetable. The soil depth was 30mm and the temperature was 71 Fahrenheit at the time the soil was collected. The weather condition was sunny, clear, and no breeze.
Naming NotesI named this phage from my last name, which is Ransibrahmanakul.
