Discovery NotesI purified and isolated my phage by removing, picking off, an isolated plaque using a pipette. This process was done 9 times to obtain 3 different 10-fold dilutions and to obtain a single plaque. Finally, after multiple attempts to purify my dilutions we obtained turbid plaques but was able to view them because they were separated enough.
Naming NotesI have a cat that I rescued from the hot heat and named him Sammy Jo "Sam" and I found him in 2022.
