Discovery NotesI got my soil sample from Karen Klyczek's soil. She collected the soil on 08/27/16 at 7:40 A.M. when it was sunny, and moderately humid at 72 degrees. The soil was located in Hudson, WI in an old pile of screened compost on the side of her house where she dug about 50 mm deep.
My phage showed that it had AK.
Naming NotesThe name of my phage is after the fish in the Little Mermaid a Disney movie. Also another connection is one of my favorite cities in Florida that I was able to visit in August of 2016.
