Plaque NotesThis bacteriophage was very temperate in regards to the amount of time it remained in a lysogenic cycle. Size does come with some variations from just 1mm in diameter to 5mm in diameter. At the beginning of the phage introduction to the top agar, the plate sample would remain rather turbid for a good portion of time before faint signs of plaque begin forming in the sample.
