Discovery NotesThe soil was found within a grass patch in front of the Life Science Building on the University of North Texas campus. It was collected around 12:00 p.m. on the 12th of February, 2016; the air temperature was 17 degrees Celsius. The sample of soil was taken from two inches underneath the surface--the soil itself, was dark brown color, moist, and cool.
