| Discovery Notes | Soil was collected from (32.9867492ºN, -96.9722759ºW) in Coppell, TX. The outside temperature was 82ºF and humidity was about 71%. The location is at the bank of Denton Creek. The water in the creek was released, leaving behind moist soil that clumps together. The creek bank has small greeneries and grass growing. Plastic spoon was used to scoop a large spoonful of dirt. The dirt and spoon were placed in a plastic bag. |
