Discovery NotesSoil was collected in south eastern Denton, Texas, in front of the Environmental Education, Science & Technology Building of the University of North Texas. The temperature was approximately 24ºC, during a thunderstorm with 95% humidity. The location is on the lawn next to a pond with fish, turtles, and aquatic plants. 1cm deep soil was removed from the location and placed inside a plastic bag.
Naming NotesThe name for this phage came from my cousin, Tilani. She passed away in 2015, and this is my tribute to her.
