Plaque NotesPlaque size was extemely small, only one mm in diagmeter after 24 hours incubation at 37°C to about 1.5 mm after 48 hour incubation. The plaques were circular with well defined edges. They were mainly clear with a few small specks left in the plaque. Replication may have been density dependent because plates with higher dilutions had lower ratio of new plaques created between 24 and 48 hours than the lower dilution plates.
