Discovery NotesThe phage was found from soil that was dry and sandy in texture, from a shed in the backyard of my lab partner. The compost used to be kept in this area, and so the soil was expected to be fertile.
Naming NotesNamed after Ahsoka Tano from Star Wars: The Clone Wars. The character was an inspiration to me growing up, so I thought it fitting I name my first scientific discovery after her.
