Discovery NotesSunny day approximately 70F. Located on the LMU campus on the bluff by The Bird's Nest. The moisture conditions of the air and soil were both dry. The soil sample was taken from 15. to 2 inches below the surface.The sample was taken close to plants and bushes, it was sandy, with not too many rocks. There was not a lot of living organisms such as bugs, worms, etc nearby.
